Zales charges applicable sales tax for all United States.
Where Zales Delivers:
FedEx Saturday™ Delivery is not available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. FedEx Saturday™ delivery is only available for orders placed Thursday (after 11am CST) through Friday (before 11am CST) in select areas. APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses may only select Zales shipments from the USPS and may require additional delivery time.
How Zales Delivers:
- FedEx Express Saver ships within 3 business day and costs $5.95 for orders of $99.99 or less and $7.95 for orders of $100 or more.
- FedEx 2 Day ships within 2 business days and costs $12.95.
- FedEx Overnight ensures delivery by 5PM and costs $21.95. Orders must be received prior to 11am CST the business day before the requested delivery date in order for the order to arrive the following day by 5PM.
- FedEx Saturday is available with FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Priority Overnight options for a charge of $32.95.
- FedEx International costs $54.95
- The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers all orders to Post Office Boxes for a charge of $18.95. The USPS also delivers all orders to APO/FPO addresses for a charge of $18.95.
* Your order must be received and your credit authorized before 11AM CST or it will not be processed until the following day.
* FedEx will attempt delivery of your item 3 times before returning your order to Zales.
* An approval period of several days before shipment is used to prevent fraud: most orders take between 1 and 2 full business days.
* Non-standard sized rings take additional time to be approved before being shipped.
* Standard sized rings will be delivered unless a specific size is requested. Standard sizes for rings are 7 for ladies and 10 for men. Allow 2 additional business days for the delivery of rings with specified sizes.
* FedEx Saturday and FedEx Overnight deliveries are not available for customized orders or non-standard ring sizes.
