When entering coupon codes at wine.com, be sure to enter "Update Cart" after entering your code. You may only use one coupon or promo code per wine.com order. Some items will not be eligible for additional coupon code discounts. These will be clearly marked on the site. Be sure to verify that your promo code has been applied and discounted from your total before finalizing your wine.com order.
Sometimes your requested vintage will no longer be available after you've placed your order (for various reasons). Be sure to check the "no" option under "vintage substitution" when checking out if you don't want wine.com to send a substitution for your vintage. Wines priced at under $15 are always subject to vintage substitutions.
Promo codes from wine.com are case sensitive. Be sure to enter them EXACTLY as they appear, upper case letters and all!

Wine.com cannot deliver wine to all 50 United States. Wine.com also does not ship outside of the 50 United States at this time. They can, however, deliver non-wine items such as gourmet food and chocolates, gift baskets and wine accessories to all 50 states. Due to laws regulating inter-state delivery of wine, if wine.com does not have a warehouse in a particular state, they may not be able to deliver wine to that state. In addition to the availability of wine delivery varying between states, wine.com's selection and pricing varies depending on which state you are delivering to.
* Summer Deliveries are charged slightly higher rates for expedited shipping (needed to prevent heat damage).
* Alaska, Florida, Idaho and New Hampshire have local laws that prohibit the delivery of wine to certain zip codes.
* Standard Deliveries to Alaska will incur an additional $5 shipping charge.
* State laws in Connecticut and New York prohibit the delivery of wine and food in the same package. As such, wine.com does not deliver any gift baskets containing both wine and food to either Connecticut or New York.
* Texas state law prohibits the delivery of wine containing an alchohol percentage greater than 16%.
