Wine Enthusiast's Return Policy
Return your Wine Enthusiast merchandise within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, exchange or credit. Phone Customer Service at (US)1-800-648-6058 for instruction on returning merchandise shipped direct from the manufacturer as well as damaged or defective glassware. For qualifying returns and exchanges of non-damaged and correctly ordered items, fill out the online return form provided at the Wine Enthusiast site. Fill out one form for each item you are returning or exchanging. Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt and you will receive an email stating this fact.
- This return policy is valid only for items purchased directly from Wine Enthusiast. For Wine Enthusiast items bought at another retailer, you must contact the store you purchased your merchandise from.
Fusion Glassware 10-Year Limited Warranty
Wine Enthusiast guarantees its Fusion Glassware against breakage for a period of ten years. The policy covers Fusion, Fusion Classic and Fusion Infinity stemware. This policy covers against damage during normal use and does not include breakage due to high temperatures, impact or pressure. In order to make a claim, you need to phone (US)1-800-648-6058. If Wine Enthusiast determines your claim to be valid, they will replace your glasses. If personalized stemware was broke, your replacement will not be personalized. You can request personalization of your replacement stemware at a charge of $5.00 per glass. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping your replacement stemware at a charge of $9.95 per glass. This offer is valid for purchases made on or after July 1, 2008.

They only time Wine Enthusiast will be responsible for shipping & handling charges is on defective, damaged or incorrect items. Also, if any items or missing or damaged, you will be charged a missing item or damaged product fee. Wine Enthusiast charges a 20% restocking fee on the following items:

- Wine racks
- Large furniture pieces
- Cooling units
