Also be advised that Toshiba may deliver your order in several shipments, and no guarantee is made on delivery times. Customized builds have a configuration time that depends upon the availability of your requested components. Ordering Next-Business-Day or Priority Overnight delivery does not expedite your build time, only your delivery time.
- The steps your order must go through before it reaches you are as follows: order placement, order processing, build time (for orders that are not pre-configured), shipment time and finally, the delivery date.
- Ground Shipping is offered free of charge to all qualifying orders of $499 or more.
- 2-Day Air will deliver your order within 2 business days after shipping from Toshiba's warehouse.
- Next Business Day Shipping has orders delivered within 1 business day of their being available.
- Priority Overnight will deliver your order within 2 to 3 business days after your order ships from the warehouse.

The Online Return Policy at Toshiba
Returns on Toshiba products must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and request for an RMA must be made within 15 days of the customer's receipt of the product. The products must be returned within 10 days of the RMA being issued. Component parts or bundled software that have been removed from a personal computer system cannot be returned for any sort of pro rata refund.

When making a return to Toshiba, be sure to follow these steps
- Get a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) by phoning Toshiba at (800) 618-4444.
- Return your product in its original packaging, including all items that were originally in the box as Toshiba will inspect your return upon receiving it, not only to ensure all products are included, but also that misuse of the product did not cause your return.
- Write your RMA number (return material authorization number) proceeded by the letters RMA (example: RMA 1234567) in bold letters on the outside of the package.
- Properly package and fully insure your return for shipment with a reliable shipping company within 10 days of receiving your RMA. The customer accepts all responsibility for the return package until it is received by Toshiba, as well as being responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Both shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded when you make a return, however, tax IS refunded with your return. If your item was part of a group of products of which the purchase afforded you discounts or free gifts, the value of the discount or gift will be subtracted from your refund if this return causes the purchase price of the original group of items to fall below that required for any discounts, waived fees or free gifts.
Items purchased at Toshiba that CANNOT be returned except if damaged upon receipt:

- Non-Toshiba branded digital cameras, camcorders or video cameras.
