- Tiger Direct charges sales tax on all orders shipping to:Florida, North Carolina and Illinois. Sales tax is assessed on both the merchandise purchased AND any associated shipping charges.
Where Tiger Direct Delivers:
TigerDirect offers displayed on this site can only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & Territories and APO/FPO addresses.. TigerDirect can also deliver internationally, however, international orders MUST be placed by phoning (+US) 800-800-8300. Payment for international orders may only be made via wire transfer and the following conditions will also apply to international orders: orders are subject to additional handling charges, orders are subject to higher shipping rates, recipients of international orders will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes upon receipt of the package (TigerDirect will not collect or assess these charges at any time and they will not be reflected during your checkout process).
- Many products warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States and other products MAY NOT be shipped out of the United States at all due to either manufacturer restrictions or US law.
- All wire transfer orders under $500 are charged a $25 processing fee. Orders totaling more than $500 will have this fee waived.

- All shipments require a signature at the receiving location.
UPS is the carrier used by TigerDirect for most small items. UPS Blue and UPS Red are used for expedited 2-3 day business service and next-business day service at an additional cost. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the USPS: APO/FPO delivery time usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process and 5 to 10 working days to deliver. Some APO/FPO addresses may require 8 to 10 weeks of lead time for delivery however. All orders weighing 70 lbs. or more will be delivered by truck. TigerDirect assesses its shipping charges based on the destination of the order, requested shipping service and the weight of the products being ordered. Tiger Direct's total delivery time is based upon the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, time to process the order and transit time from the carrier. This can range between 24 hours to 10 days for items in stock at TigerDirect's Naperville, IL warehouse. Tiger Direct additionally has a worldwide network of suppliers that can drop-ship items to you. In fact, credit card authorization can take up to 3 business days. Tiger Direct only charges once for shipping, even if your delivery must be made in multiple boxes or even shipments (in the event an item is out-of-stock). Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
- USPS service (basic level) is used for APO/FPO addresses.
- UPS Ground Delivery usually has your order delivered within 3 to 8 business days.

- Truck Delivery is required for all orders weighing 70 pounds or more. This service is threshold only: your items will be placed just inside the first floor door of the delivery address or within the central lobby of an apartment building. The normal delivery times for these deliveries are between 8:00am and 5:00pm local time. The delivery company will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery time. Transit time for these deliveries within the continental United States generally takes between 3 to 9 business days: other locations will take longer.
- Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
- APO/FPO Addresses can be ordered from the Tiger Direct website and will take between 6 and 12 business days for delivery, although they sometimes may require between 5 and 8 weeks of lead time. All APO/FPO orders are sent via basic USPS service. Restrictions for APO/FPO orders are as follows: maximum weight - 70 lbs., maximum length & girth - 108 inches.
- Orders Delivering to Hawaii, Alaska and Guam can be placed online at the Tiger Direct website, but are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
