Where Sears Delivers:
SEARS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or internationally. Sears gift cards can be shipped via the US Postal Service to all 50 United States as well as APO/FPO addresses. The US Postal Service makes all product deliveries for APO/FPO addresses. Billing addresses may be P.O. Boxes, Alaskan, Hawaiian or from US Protectorates such as Guam and the US Virgin Islands as long as the delivery address is within the 48 contiguous United States. The US Postal Service makes deliveries to APO/FPO addresses: please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the package to arrive at its destination.
How Sears Delivers:
The US Postal Service delivers all gift cards and deliveries being shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
UPS Package Delivery is used for deliveries weighing less than 150 pounds.
Sears Home Delivery is available in the 48 contiguous United States and is used for: appliances, projection TVs, lawn & garden tractors, gas grills and patio furniture. This delivery must be attended.
Freight Carrier Delivery is used for items that are oversized or weigh more than 150 pounds. This delivery is curbside and must be attended.Threshold delivery is available for the threshold or garage, but does not include home delivery or setup.

Home electronics items must have an identical brand and model number.
The competitor's lower price must be valid either at the time of or within 30 days after your Great Indoors purchase.
Lower prices found online must still be lower than that offered by The Great Indoors when you factor in any shipping, handling and delivery charges.
The item must be currently offered for sale at the lower price and be available for sale and delivery in your area.
The low price guarantee does not apply to items that are in limited quantity or are offered at the lower price for less than six hours a day.
This guarantee does not apply to sales on the day after Thanksgiving("Black Friday").
You must have the original advertisement with the lower price as photocopies will not be accepted. Online offers must also show any relevant shipping, handling and delivery fees.

Be sure to remember though that if purchasing an item from an eBay auction, The Great Indoors shipping and returns policies are not valid for your order. All shipping and return concerns are between you and the particular eBay seller. Be sure to review your options carefully when purchasing items like furniture and major appliances.
The Great Indoors Return Policy
The Great Indoors has a liberal return policy. To return your thegreatindoors.com merchandise, your return should be in its original packaging (with the receipt) within 90 days of its purchase. For electronics items, area rugs and mattresses your return should be made within 30 days of your purchase. Items returned outside of 90 days or missing a receipt may be refunded at lowest price, current price, with a merchandise credit or with a bank check if they are refunded at all.
* When returning your order without original packaging, without a receipt or outside the recommended time frame, any refund you receive will be made minus any applicable restocking fees.
* The Great Indoors will make all efforts to locate your purchase on their records if you are missing a valid receipt. To make a return this way, you must be able to supply a valid, government-issued ID. These returns may be valued at the current selling price of the item and the number of receiptless returns may be limited.
Cash purchases are credited in the form of cash.
Check purchases are credited in the form of cash if no outstanding checks with The Great Indoors exist.
Credit purchases are credited in your preference of either a credit to your credit card or a merchandise credit.
Gift Receipts are credited in the form of a merchandise credit.
All returns made after 90 days will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit at the lowest price (receipt or current selling price)
