Where Teleflora Delivers:
Many ICU Intensive Care Unit patients are not allowed to receive flowers: be sure to check with the specific hospital. Teleflora does not guarantee a time of delivery to: rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases and cemeteries. To specify a delivery time, enter it into the "Special Instructions" field during your checkout process, and all effort will be made to accomodate your request (note it is considered a "request"). When sending orders outside of the United States or Canada, phone Teleflora at (+US) 1-800-835-3356. All orders being shipped to the United States and Canada can be processed completely online.
How Teleflora Delivers:
- Teleflora's Delivery Charge for all orders being shipped to the United States and Canada is USD $13.99.
- Every gift bouquet ordered from Teleflora is hand-delivered, although delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
- Same Day Orders must be received before 2pm Monday through Friday or before 12noon Saturdays IN THE RECIPIENT'S TIME ZONE.
* It is recommended to place your floral order at least 5 days in advance of major holidays to guarantee timely delivery of your floral arrangement.
* For hospital deliveries, remember to give the name and phone number of the hospital, the name of the patient and the room number and ward (if possible).
