Target offers lots of free shipping deals all the time. In fact, they offer so many free shipping deals (especially with furniture and large items) that it is often more convenient to shop online for furniture and bulky items at Target instead of trying to cart your item home from the store! Items at Target.com that feature free shipping will be clearly marked in red as being eligible for "free shipping". Be sure to read the full disclosures on these offers though.
If you have several items in your shopping cart and only some of them have free shipping, the other items not qualifying for free shipping will incur shipping and handling charges.
Once you get to the final page of the checkout process at Target online, you'll see the shipping charge for each individual item. You'll also be notified if your purchased item qualifies for free shipping or not. At this point you can remove items from your cart one by one and see how your updated order's shipping charges are affected. Shipping charges on online orders from Target.com can be pretty hefty. Its a good idea to shop around and find those items that qualify for free shipping from Target.com.

Target cannot ship: internationally, to Guam, to the US Virgin Islands or to U.S. Protectorates (except for APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico). APO/FPO shipments are made by standard delivery only. Food, candy and chocolate as well as heavy or oversized objects cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses.
Target calculates your shipping charges based upon: the shipping preferences chosen, your delivery option and the weight, height & dimensions of your items. The shipping charge for your order will be presented to you during the checkout process before you finalize your order.
* A special distance fee may be applied to certain zip codes.This fee is applied for delivery of oversize items and a full listing of all applicable zip codes is available at target.com. The charge will be disclosed under the item's "Shipping Information" tab and added to your order during the checkout process.
* Heavy and oversized items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.
* Items may not be shipped to Target Store Locations.
Most items can be returned to Target when in a new condition and accompanied by either the original sales or gift receipt. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. There are no exchanges at Target. You must return the item and purchase the item you would prefer in its place. If you are returning an item with a gift receipt, you will receive your refund in the form of an e-GiftCard. Previous sale prices or promotions are unable to be applied when you place your new order at Target online.
In order to use the Online Return Center, you must have either the order number of a gift receipt / packing slip. Use the Online Return Center to see if your item purchased online can be returned at a Target store. If the item can be returned at a Target store, select this option from the drop-down menu in order to print a store-return receipt. You must have the printed store return receipt in order to return an item purchased online at a retail store location.
Both shipping & handling and gift-wrapping charges cannot be refunded when you make a return.
To return an item by mail, print a shipping label from the online return center. For items over 70 pounds in weight, you must contact customer service to arrange for the item's pick-up. A return shipping for will be deducted from your refund amount as you will be charged to ship the item back to Target. However, if your return is the fault of an error made by target.com while processing your order, you will not be charged for the return shipping. All shipping labels printed at the Online Return Center are good for domestic U.S. returns only.
