Sony Style stores can only accept returned products purchased from a Sony Style store. In order to to return SonyStyle merchandise purchased online, you must generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA's may be generated online within 30 days after receiving your damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. You need to go to SonyStyle.com and log in to your account. Under the "Order Information" you can process the return information online. SonyStyle can either refuse to accept your return or charge you a restocking fee if: an RMA hasn't been generated, you are outside of the 30 day period or the merchandise has not been properly packed. Refunded credit on returned items will appear in the form of a credit to your original method of payment (credit card). This credit will usually appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles, but could take as long as up to 90 days. Sony will process your return within 7 days of receipt, the delay will be in the appearance of this return on your credit card statement.
