You can return products with your driver and receive a credit on your account for the returned items. Alcohol must be returned immediately with the driver - it cannot be returned at a later date after the initial delivery is accepted. Due to the limited returns policy on alcohol, please pay close attention to the vintage years on wine deliveries, as substitutions are often made in regards to wine vintage (due to quick turnaround on wines carried by Safeway).
