If you can't be there in person to collect your order, leave a "delivery release form" where the driver can collect it, indicating your delivery instructions. A delivery area surcharge of 15% will be charged to each item for off-shore delivery (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Some OfficeMax items are not available for delivery to these offshore destinations - these items will be marked as "limited delivery". OfficeMax deliveries under $50 that are made to offshore addresses will incur a delivery fee of $7.95 in addition to the delivery area fee. OfficeMax does deliver to APO/FPO addresses! A delivery area surcharge of 6% will be added to deliveries to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO deliveries under $50 will incur an additional fee of $7.95 as well as the delivery surcharge.
