Shop Nick Jr. Sales Tax Policy:

• Shop Nick Jr. charges sales tax only on orders being delivered to: California, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Where Shop Nick Jr. Delivers:

Shop Nick Jr. ships throughout the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories served by the USPS and APO/FPO addresses. Shop Nick Jr. even ships to Post Office Box addresses.

How Shop Nick Jr. Delivers:

Items are shipped Mondays through Friday, exclusive of holidays. Your shipping charge is calculated by the total weight of your order with a volume discount applied for orders containing several items. During your shopping session, a per item shipping charge appears with every item you put in your cart. Your final shipping charge may be lower than the sum of the individual ship costs for your items as a volume discount is usually applied during checkout. Shop Nick Jr may use any of the following carriers to ship your package: UPS, DHL and the USPS.

• USPS Media Mail is available for most media materials (CDs, DVDs, VHS, tapes) and has your item delivered within 7 to 14 full business days. The cost for this option when delivering is based on the total weight of your order. This option is available for qualifying material being delivered to both physical and post office box addresses in the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
• Standard Delivery has your item arriving between 3 and 5 business days after the date shipped. The charge for this option is based upon the total weight of your order, with a volume discount usually applied. This shipping option is available for deliveries to both physical and post office box addresses in the continental 48 United States, or post office box addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. This shipping option is not available for physical addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Items not qualifying for standard delivery with the USPS include those requiring freight delivery, items weighing more than 70 pounds and flammable items. The cost for this option when delivering is based on the total weight of your order.
• 2-3 Day Shipping has your item arriving within 2 to 3 business days. The cost for this option when delivering is based on the total weight of your order. This service is available for deliveries to physical addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. It is not available for deliveries to post office box addresses, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.
• One Day Shipping has your item arriving within 1 to 2 business days. The cost for this option when delivering is based on the total weight of your order. This option is only available for deliveries shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Customized Products are shipped via standard ground shipping only, with no option available for expedited shipping. Delivery of customized items will be delayed depending on the length of time needed for customization and the product type.
• Oversized Deliveries are required for certain odd-shaped and over-sized items. These items will ship via a freight trucking company and may require additional delivery time. Ground freight is the only delivery option for these items: expedited shipping is not offered. This delivery service is only required to leave your item curbside: you should have someone with at your delivery time to assist with handling your delivery and bringing it to your door. Most oversize items leave the warehouse within 7 days and deliver within 7 to 14 business days after leaving the warehouse (total delivery time of approximately 14 to 21 business days). The freight company will arrange a delivery date and time frame for you when an adult will be available to sign for the order: delivery time frames are usually in 4 hour windows. This delivery option is NOT AVAILABLE outside of the 48 continental United States..
• Silver Service Deliveries are available for some over-sized items. These items will ship via a freight trucking company and may require additional delivery time. This option has your item shipped and delivered to your address, brought within your home and placed in the location of your choice (within 2 floors of the entryway unless a service elevator is present). Set-up and installation is not included with Silver Service Delivery. This delivery option is NOT AVAILABLE outside of the 48 continental United States..

Shipments to Multiple Addresses?

Shop Nick Jr DOES allow for you to ship parts of your order to separate addresses, or to ship packages to multiple addresses.

* Nick Jr recommends you to keep the original packaging for several days (even with oversize deliveries) in case a return is needed.
