Newegg Sales Tax Policy:
- Newegg charges sales tax on all orders shipping to:California, New Jersey and Tennessee.
Where Newegg Delivers:
Newegg can only ship orders to the United States and Puerto Rico.
How NewEgg Delivers:
- Orders shipping to an address within a 20 mile radius of a Newegg warehouse in New Jersey and Tennessee or within a 40-mile range of the California warehouse can be delivered to your address by 8:00pm on the same day you order, provided your order is placed by 11:00am for California delivery and by 12:00noon for New Jersey or Tennessee delivery. This delivery service is referred to as Local Express Delivery contracted through Dynamex and is not available for all items on the NewEgg.com site.
- UPS Ground Delivery orders can be delivered between Monday and Friday from 9:00am through 7:00pm.
- Egg Saver Shipping has your order shipped within 4 to 7 business days through a combination of services provided by DHL or UPS to your nearest USPS office (who will then finalize your order's shipment. This service is not available for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.
- Large Item Delivery is for large items and appliances. This delivery services provides your items to you between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. This service is provided by either Pilot Freight or AIT. Upgrade to White Glove service if you would like your order delivered beyond your door's threshold. This service is not available to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
- White Glove Delivery is provided by either Pilot Freight or AIT and is designed for larger items like TVs and appliances. This service has your item delivered between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with the delivery person bringing your item into the room of your choice, completely unpacking it and disposing of the packaging (if you would like). This service is only available within the 48 continental United States.
- Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
- APO/FPO Addresses can be ordered from the CompUSA website and will take between 7 and 30 days for delivery.
- Newegg does NOT pay return shipping on defective merchandise but will ship you a replacement item for free if you ship the defective item back to them.
