Where Motherhood Maternity Delivers:
Motherhood Maternity cannot deliver to international PO boxes.. Any orders delivered outside of the US may be charged additional customs, taxes, and brokerage fees by the destination country. These additional costs and fees are not included by Motherhood Maternity, and it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees upon receiving the order. Orders refused with UPS upon delivery are considered abandoned and can't be returned for a refund. Some countries do not allow non-clothing items to clear customs: an order may be delayed or returned if it contains items of this type.
How Motherhood Maternity Delivers:
International orders (including Canadian Orders) are shipped with UPS International.
Free Shipping is offered for all Motherhood Maternity Gift Cards. Motherhood Maternity Gift Cards arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Phone Customer Service at (+US) 1.877.646.4666 if you require expedited delivery of your Motherhood Maternity Gift Card, otherwise you may just order your gift cards online.
US Postal Service Priority Mail is used for standard deliveries to all US addresses, APO/FPO military addresses and orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
International Delivery uses UPS International for all deliveries, including Canadian shipments. Motherhood Maternity does not ship to international PO Box addresses. Orders shipping to Canada ship for between $30.95 and $41.95 based on the merchandise value. All other orders with international destinations ship for between $40 and $75.
Express Delivery - Second Day Air costs $17 every day for every order. Your order will arrive in 2 to 3 business days from when the order ships. This option is not available for orders being shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Express Delivery - Next Business Day Air ships the following business day after your order is processed and costs $22. Online orders are ineligible for Next Business Day Air Service. To take advantage of this service, you must phone your order to customer service at (+US) 1.877.273.2763 before 2PM EST. Orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States are ineligible for Next Business Day Air Express Delivery.
* All orders are shipped the following business day, after credit card authorization and approval.
* Tariffs, duties and customs/brokerage fees may be imposed on international orders and are not figured into the price paid to Motherhood Maternity. These charges will be collected upon delivery of the order and are the recipient's responsibility.
* P.O. Boxes are not accepted for 2nd Day or Next Business Day Air Delivery.
