Maidenform.com is only required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to North Carolina.

Where Maidenform.com Delivers:

Maidenform.com delivers to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, select US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) and Canada. (no expedited delivery services are available to post office box addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses).

• Canadian Orders are delivered with Canada Express: no expedited options are available. Additional import fees and duties may apply to Canadian orders: the order's recipient will be responsible for these additional charges upon receipt of the order.

How Maidenform.com Delivers:

Maidenform.com bases its shipping charges on the destination of your order, speed of delivery requested and the pre-tax merchandise total of your order. In-stock orders will usually ship within 2 business days. Maidenform DOES NOT ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Their Next Day Air and Two Day Air services only refer to business days. Standard shipping. Standard shipping to the US is delivered with USPS or UPS. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO addresses is completed with USPS. Next Day and Two Day shipping are performed by UPS.

• Standard Delivery has your order arriving within 7 - 10 business days of it being shipped (allow 2 business days for processing). The cost of this delivery option is between either $7 or $8 for US orders, with orders totaling $75 or more shipping and shipping to the United States via standard delivery ship free of charge.
• Next Day Air has your order delivered on the next business day after it has been processed. The cost of this delivery option is between $25 and $30. This option is not available for PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.
• Two Day Air has your order within two business days after it has been processed. This delivery option costs between $18 and $25 and is not available for orders shipping to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or Canada.
• Post Office Box Addresses have their orders delivered via USPS and do not have the options of expedited delivery: the only available option is standard shipping for a cost of either $7 or $8.
• APO/FPO Orders and are sent via USPS for a charge of either $7 or $8. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.
• Canadian Orders are shipped by CanadaExpress for a charge of between $19 and $24 (US dollars). Additional import duties and taxes may apply which Maidenform does not charge you for: these additional charges will be due upon receipt of your order. The delivery time for Canadian orders is generally between 3 and 4 business days.
