Where LUSH Delivers:
Currently, LUSH cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. The offers for LUSH.com and the information presented here is taken from the USA site and is applicable to orders made on that site only. Most US deliveries are sent from LUSH's Vancouver, Canada warehouse. LUSH pays all import duties levied by US customs. Deliveries to US Territories may take longer to arrive than indicated in the general delivery schedule chart.
How LUSH Delivers:
Most LUSH orders are shipped from their Vancouver, Canada warehouse by Federal Express. They usually arrive within 2-8 business days from the receipt of your order, based upon normal delivery volumes (different schedules apply for high volume dates such as holidays). Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Standard Shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous United States, arrives in 7 to 15 business days and costs between $8 and $10.50 for a smaller package and between $11 to $14 for a larger package.
- Express Shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous United States, arrives in between 4 to 7 business days and ranges in price between $15 and $19 for a smaller package or between $20 to $35 for a larger package.
- Priority Shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous United States, arrives within 1 to 4 business days and will cost you between $25 and $35 for a smaller package or between $35 and $50 for a larger package.
- 2-Day Air is used for LUSH orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Your package will arrive between 2 to 4 business days and will be charged between $10 to $15 for a smaller package or between $12.50 to $23.50 for a larger package.
- Gift Cards - can be sent either by ground shipping for a charge of $4.00 and will arrive between 2 to 14 business days later or they can be sent via priority mail for a charge of $8.00 and will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. You can also send an e-Gift card that will be delivered via email, free of charge.

* LUSH bases its shipping charges on the weight of your order.
* LUSH "business days" are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.
* "Smaller Packages" are estimated at 2.25kg and "Larger Packages" are estimated at 4.5kg.
