Where LEGO Delivers:
LEGO delivers not only to the United States, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates (Guam, Micronesia, US Virgin Islands) - it can also deliver orders to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Check lego.com's "Customer Service" page for full details on international shipments. All international deliveries have the option of being delivered by either Standard or Express Delivery Service. Aside from orders shipping to Canada, international delivery cannot be made to Post Office Boxes. Delivery charges are quoted in the local currency: AUD, CAD, DKK, Euros, GBP, NZD, PLN, SEK, USD.
LEGO is unable to deliver to addresses in the following locations: Canary Islands, DOM-TOM, Channel Islands (including Jersey & Guernsey), Gibraltar, Greenland, Monaco, Faroe Islands, Helgoland, Andorra and San Marino.
How LEGO Delivers (USA):
- Standard Shipping delivers orders within 3 to 8 days (Monday - Friday, holidays excluded). Shipping costs are based upon the merchandise value of your order and range from $4.95 to $24.95 for orders totalling $500 and under. The shipping charge is equal to 5% of your order's value for deliveries where the order totals more than $500.
- Express 2nd Day Service will arrive within 4 business days (Monday - Friday and excluding holidays) (this includes 1 to 2 days of order processing). Costs range from $14.95 to $34.95 for orders totalling under $500. Orders of $500 or more pay 10% of the order's value as a shipping charge. Express 2nd Day Service is not available for delivery to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and areas determined by the carrier to be "rural". This option is also not available for delivery of standard gift cards.
- Express Next Day Service includes 1 day for order processing and will have your order arrive within 2 business days (Monday - Friday with holidays excluded). Alaskan and Hawaiian Next Day Shipping Services incur a surcharge of $12.50 and require additional delivery time. Express Next Day Service is not available for standard gift card delivery. The cost of Express Next Day Shipping varies from $19.95 to $39.95 for orders valued at $500 or under. Those orders with merchandise totalling over $500 will be charged 15% of the order's total amount for Express Next Day Shipping services.
* Custom LEGO Factory and Pick A Brick orders take an additional 10 days processing time on top of both Standard and Express shipping times.
* Out-Of-Stock items are shipped as they become available.
* P.O. Box orders are shipped by the US Postal Service.
