Lake Champlain Chocolates of Vermont exclusively uses UPS to ship its products. Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes or to overseas addresses (due to the perishable nature of the product). In order to ensure that your chocolates are not sitting in a warehouse or delivery truck over the weekend, during the summer Lake Champlain Chocolates only delivers on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Also, between April 15 and October 1, Lake Champlain Chocolates ships its product either by 2-day or overnight air (to ensure quality upon delivery) and an $8 or $15 shipping surcharge is levied for this service.
