Where Kegworks Delivers:

Kegworks delivers to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and internationally. For international orders, you should email sales@kegworks.com for shipping rates and schedules. Alternately, you can fill out their online form for Kegworks International Requests. International orders must be prepaid in US dollars: foreign credit cards CANNOT be accepted. Kegworks DOES deliver to APO/FPO addresses and also US Overseas Protectorates Guam, Puerto Rico and The Virgin Islands.

How Kegworks Delivers:

Kegworks handles both personal and commercial orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order's weight, size, delivery preferences and destination. If you are a business looking for a commercial order, fill out Kegwork's online inquiry form for commercial orders. Kegworks advises their customers to check their orders to ensure all items are included as they are not responsible for missing items that are reported 7 days or more after delivery. Any Kegworks free shipping offers are valid only for deliveries to the 48 continental United States: Kegworks free shipping offers are not applicable for orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, overseas US protectorates or APO/FPO addresses. Kegworks ships their orders on business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday. Any free shipping offers ran by Kegworks are valid only for orders delivering to the 48 contiguous United States: orders shipping internationally, to Alaska, to Hawaii and to Canada cannot receive free shipping.

• USPS Priority Mail is the standard method of shipping for KegWorks and will have orders delivered to the continental United States within 2 to 4 days.
• FedEx Home Delivery varies in its delivery time by region. Orders shipping to the Southeast (except Florida which delivers in 4 days), the South and parts of New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakots, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri deliver within 3 business days. Orders shipping to northern states, the West Coast, Southwestern States, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and parts of New Mexico and Iowa deliver within 4 business days. Certain parts of Texas and New Mexico will have their orders deliver within 5 business days. This method of delivery may sometimes be used for small parts orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Fedex Express Saver has an estimated transit time of 3 business days, not including Saturdays and Sundays. This is the usual method of delivery for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
• FedEx 2nd Day has an estimated transit time of 1 business day. This delivery option is not available outside the 48 contiguous United States.
• FedEx Standard Overnight has an estimated transit time of 1 business day. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20 fee if requested at the time of placing your order. This option is often not available outside of the 48 continental United States. FedEx standard overnight orders placed after 4:00pm EST on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (provided it is not a federal holiday) and will not arrive until approximately the following Tuesday.
• Freight Truck orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days but may take longer. Most of Kegworks' freight carriers prefer to make residential deliveries in the early evenings. This option is often not available outside of the 48 continental United States. When your item arrives at your local freight depot, the shipping company will phone you to arrange for a delivery time. If you miss their call, you need to phone them back within 24 hours to schedule your delivery. If you do not arrange for a timely delivery of your item, the freight depot will be forced to "store" your item for you at their facility and may a storage fee of up to $45 per day. Alternately, your merchandise may be returned to the originating warehouse and the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund - this could prove to be a substantial amount. All Kegworks freight deliveries are curbside only: you will need to remove the merchandise from the truck and move it to its final destination. Be sure to have additional people to help you carry your items or a pallet jack or dolly to assist you. When arranging your delivery date and time, you can arrange for a lift gate and/or delivery of the item to your front door for an additional fee: if you do not arrange for these services in advance of the delivery, they will not be available for you. You should inspect your delivery before signing for it. In cases of obvious damage, DO NOT accept the merchandise and DO NOT sign for your delivery. If the damage is not immediately noticeable, you have up to 48 hours after the item was delivered to contact Kegworks: after that point you will have to file any claims with the shipping carrier itself.
  • If you miss your delivery or need to reschedule it for any reason once the delivery truck has arrived at your delivery location, you may be charged a redelivery fee off between $75 and $100 fee or have your products returned to their originating warehouse: just don't do it.
• Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can only be sent via FedEx Ground Service in most cases. Small orders for parts may sometimes be sent via standard USPS mail. You should contact Kegworks for further information or specifically to inquire on freight delivery options.
• Canadian Deliveries are fulfilled through Kegworks' partner, "Borderfree" and have only standard shipping available, which delivers your order in 3 to 9 business days. Canadian customers should click the red maple leaf icon on the top right of the page to do their shopping. Canadian orders are quoted in Canadian dollars and include all duties, taxes and shipping & handling fees.
• International Shipments are available for most items sold by Kegworks: you will need to contact Kegworks to arrange for international delivery. All international orders must be prepaid in US dollars with foreign credit cards not being accepted.
