Where ICE.com Delivers:
Currently, ice.com ships products worldwide for a fixed price of $50 USD. This price covers insurance for all of your merchandise up to its full value. Additional charges such as duties, import fees, VAT or other fees specific to shipments to the destination country are the shipment recipient's responsibility and will be communicated to you through your customs agency. Ice.com DOES NOT ship to the following select countries: Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. ICE.com also does not ship to P.o. Box Addresses in the United States or Canada. Certain items cannot be shipped internationally, for example, watches cannot be shipped internationally due to certain ice.com distribution agreements. In addition to watches, family and personalized jewelry cannot be shipped to Canada. Ice.com accepts credit card payments from the United States and Canada, International Money Orders and Wire Payments. All transactions are conducted in US dollars. How ice.com Delivers:
- USPS deliveries arrive within 5 to 7 business days: this service is offered free to all orders shipping to the USA.
- FedEx Express Saver delivers orders within 3 to 5 business days and costs $9.95.
- FedEx Standard Overnight orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. This service is available for a cost of $21.95.
- Hawaiian and Alaskan Orders take an additional 2 to 4 business days to deliver.
- APO and MSP Orders are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 days to deliver.
- Canadian Orders are sent via Canada Post and are subject to a $9.95 Handling Charge in addition to the calculated shipping cost. Allow two additional business days for ice.com deliveries to Canada.
- Expedited Parcel - (Canada Only) arrives within 7 to 14 business days and costs $20.90 ($9.95 handling charge and $10.95 shipping fee).
- ExpressPost Parcel - (Canada Only) arrives within 3 to 5 business days and costs $24.90 ($9.95 handling charge and $14.95 shipping fee).
- Priority Courier - (Canada Only) arrives within 2 to 4 business days and costs $49.90 ($9.95 handling charge and $39.95 shipping fee).
All ICE.com orders are processed within 2 business days. After that time, they will take the estimated delivery times stated below before they arrive. Canadian orders take an additional 2 business days to process.
