If a coupon is valid for Genuardis online grocery delivery service, it will have a code that must be input during the checkout process. Refunds are not given on promotion or coupon codes that you fail to enter during your online checkout process.
All customers shopping Genuardis online will receive Genuardis Club Card Savings on all items currently on sale. If you already have a Genuardis Club Card, you are given the option during the site registration process to enter your number. If you don not already have a Genuardis club card, one will automatically be assigned to you during the online site registration process.
When shopping online at Genuardis.com, you will be given the same Club Card prices as are offered at the store your order is being delivered from on the day of delivery. Due to drastically rising fuel prices over the past year, Genuardis has had to implement a "fuel surcharge" for its grocery delivery service. This charge is directly related to the Dept. of Energy's retail price of gasoline, and is triggered when that price rises above $2.75 per gallon (remember when it was less than $4?). According to Genuardis schedule, Dept. of Energy prices ranging from $2.96 to $3.05 per gallon will incur a $0.48 fuel surcharge, with that charge rising by $0.10 for every $0.10 rise in gasoline prices. Genuardis does not apply a fuel surcharge to free deliveries.
Genuardi's currently delivers to the Greater Philadelphia, PA area. Delivery fees usually vary between $7.95 and $12.95, depending upon your delivery address and the requested time of delivery, as well as the total amount of your order. In order to have home grocery delivery as an option, your order must total $50 or more.
When ordering your groceries online from Genuardi's, you can opt to have substitutions made if your original request is not available: you can also opt to have no substitutions made. The vintage years of wines are an exception to this. Genuardi's does state on its site that it reserves the right to make appropriate vintage substitutions for wine ordered online for home delivery.
Should you not be satisfied with a product, you can return it - either with your driver or through the customer service center. Again, wines and other alcoholic beverages are an exception to this policy. Once you have accepted delivery of alcoholic beverages, they cannot be returned.
