Gardeners Supply Company delivers to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US protectorates. Orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States must be ordered over the phone at 1-888-833-1412. Customers outside of the United States may order from Gardeners Supply Company, but they must have someone stateside who will be able to accept and then forward on their order for them as Gardners Supply Company can not ship internationally due to customs regulations.

How Gardeners Supply Company Delivers:
Gardeners Supply Company bases its shipping charges on the destination of your order and the pre-tax merchandise total of your order for standard delivery orders. The charge for expedited delivery depends upon the weight and size of your order. In-stock orders placed before 11:00am EST will usually process the same day: orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day. Place your order by 10am EST if you are using expedited delivery and want your order delivered the same day. Order shipping to the continental United States via Standard delivery will usually arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas US Territories will take between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Gardeners Supply ships with both the US Postal Service and FedEx. Packages may arrive in separate shipments. Some specific items are not eligible for expedited delivery. If this is the case, it will clearly be stated in the item's description page. Some items are shipped directly from the supplier: these items will be shipped separately and take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive. Still other items available on Gardeners Supply Company are oversized and will have an additional shipping charge applied to them: this will be stated in the item's description page if applicable.
- Economy Shipping has your order arriving within 6 to 12 business days of it being shipped if your order is delivering to the 48 continental United States via either the USPS or FedEx. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas US Territories ship with parcel post and take between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. The cost of this delivery option is between $5.90 for orders totaling $10 & under and 11% of the merchandise total for orders totaling $250 or more. Not all items may be express shipped: if an item does not have this option available its description page will state this fact.
- FedEx Ground Shipping has your order delivered within 3 to 7 business days for an additional charge of $3.50 on top of the standard shipping rates. This option is only available to the continental United States.
- Faster Shipping (FedEx Express Saver, 2-Day and Overnight) have their charges based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering. Place your order by 10:00am EST to have it shipped the same day. Not all items may be express shipped: if an item does not have this option available its description page will state this fact. You can opt for these expedited services during checkout.
- Gardeners Supply Company Gift Cards ship for free and are sent via USPS first class mail to arrive within 4 to 12 business days. They are packaged within a signature garden-themed envelope. Electronic gift cards are sent to your recipient's email address within 24 hours.
- Orders Outside the 48 United States (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO Addresses) must be completed by telephone at (US)1-800-833-1412.
