Where GAIAM Delivers:

GAIAM cannot deliver to international addresses (including Canada) from orders placed online. To order a product from GAIAM for international delivery, you must phone customer service at 1-877-989-6321. GAIAM takes online orders for the 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, Puerto Rico and APO / FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Post Office boxes will be handled by the US Postal Service. Shipping rates vary based upon the carrier used for delivery.

How GAIAM Delivers:

• US Mail delivers within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Parcel post shipping costs between $5.99 and $14.99 for orders totalling under $150. Above that and the charge is either 10%, 9% or 8% of your order's total merchandise amount (before gift wrapping, tax and discounts are applied)
• Fedex Service is available for an additional $5 to the standard delivery charges. FedEx 2-Day Delivery orders of in-stock items with delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 United States will ship the following day and will arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Certain items are not eligible for FedEx 2-Day Service. FedEx 2 Day delivery costs between $14.99 to $19.99 for orders totalling under $100. Orders totalling more than $100 are charged a percentage of the merchandise total (20% through 16%) for FedEx 2 Day Service.
• Alternate Ground Shipping Methods may be used for oversized orders.

* Gift packaging is available for a charge of $5 to packages shipping to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. This option includes a card and is in addition to regular shipping & handling charges.
* Separate shipping & handling charges are assessed for multiple addresses specified within a single order.
* FedEx Delivery Service is unavailable to: Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, US Military Installations and P.O. Boxes.
* GAIAM reuses boxes coming in to its facility for packaging where possible. The new packaging it uses is 100% recycled material and the shipping "peanuts" used are biodegradable.
* Added delivery charges for large and bulky items are clearly stated in a product's description and are levied in addition to regular stated delivery charges.
