Where FTD Delivers:

FTD delivers flowers, plants and specialty gifts to the United States and Canada. In most areas of the U.S. and Canada, orders placed up until 2:00pm in the RECIPIENT's time zone can be delivered that same day. In limited areas of the U.S. and Canada, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available for orders placed by 12:00 noon in the RECIPIENT's time zone. FTD delivers flowers internationally via an FTD florist to the following countries: Angola, Antigua, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Northern Cyprus, Norway, Pakistan, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam and Zambia. How FTD Delivers:

Any deliveries from FedEx or UPS can only be sent to the United States at this time. Be sure to place your florist-delivered order by 2:00pm in the RECIPIENT's time zone for same-day delivery (for most areas in the United States and Canada).

• FTD Florist Delivery has its cost included with the arrangement or live plant.
• Standard Ground Delivery arrives within 3 business days and costs between $9.99 and $18.99, varying with the merchandise price of your total order. This option is not available for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Next-Day Delivery is required for exotic flowers and plants. The cost ranges from $20.99 to $29.99 based upon the merchandise value of your order. This option is not available for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
• 2-Day Delivery ranges in price between $16.99 and $25.99, based upon the total merchandise value of your order.
• Saturday Delivery has a flat rate of $35.99.
• Funeral Delivery requires additional processing time. For Monday Morning Deliveries, be sure to place your order by 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone on the Saturday preceding delivery. For morning deliveries Tuesday through Saturday, place your order by 3:00pm in the recipient's time zone on the day before delivery. Monday through Saturday afternoon deliveries must be placed with a 4 hour lead time. Sunday delivery is only available in limited areas - you will be told during the checkout process if Sunday delivery is available in your area. If it is available, orders placed before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone can be placed that same day.
• Hospital Delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 days. Please ensure your recipient will still be a patient at the hospital for a long enough time to receive your package.
• Alaskan or Hawaiian Delivery will incur a $12.99 surcharge.

* Next Day or 2-Day Delivery may be required for certain perishable shipments to avoid spoilage.
* If the delivery date allows, Next-Day shipping may include 2-Day Ground Shipping.
* Saturday or Sunday delivery is available in limited areas within the U.S. and Canada for orders placed by 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone.
* Price may be subject to change on certain fresh flowers with international destinations. You will be contacted if more funds are required.
* Address changes will be charged a $10 Change Fee.
* Cancellations will not be refunded the delivery charge.
