How FOSSIL Delivers:
In order to have your order shipped the following day for standard delivery or on the same day for both 2-Day Delivery and Next-Day Delivery, you must place your order by 12:00pm CST. FOSSIL ships orders Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. All shipping times are dependant on credit card verification and also on whether or not your item is in stock.
- Standard Delivery orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days and is available to addresses: within the United States and its territories, APO/FPO addresses, Post Office boxes and rural routes. Pricing for standard delivery is a a flat rate of $6.95 for orders totalling under $100 or is FREE for orders totalling over $100.
- 2-Day Delivery delivers your order within 2 business days at the flat rate charge of $9.95. This option is available for orders shipping to orders shipping to the continental United States. Orders being sent to rural routes or post office box addresses within the 48 continental United States are not eligible for 2-Day Delivery.
- Next-Day Delivery orders arrive the next business day and are charged a flat fee of $14.95 for this service.This option is available for orders shipping to orders shipping to the continental United States. Orders being sent to rural routes or post office box addresses within the 48 continental United States are not eligible for Next-Day Delivery.
* Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on a Thursday and being sent via Standard Delivery will be shipped on the following Monday.
* Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on a Friday and being sent via 2-Day Delivery Delivery will be shipped on the following Monday.
* Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on a Friday and being sent via Next-Day Delivery Delivery will be shipped on the following Monday.

The FOSSIL Return Policy
Your refund will be issued in the form of a credit to your original form of payment (usually a credit card) minus all shipping & handling charges. FOSSIL is not responsible for any shipping charges you incur when returning your package to them.
FOSSIL will return your unwashed and unworn purchase within 90 days of purchase. You are asked to complete the "Return Detail Form", specifying your reason for returning the merchandise. Listed reasons include:
- Item did not fit.
- Defective.
- Returning a gift.
- Item not as pictured.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Item did not arrive on time.
- Damaged in shipment.
- Other (Please be specific).
- Process your FOSSIL return through a reputable and trackable carrier - FOSSIL is not responsible for any charges in returning your merchandise to them for exchange or refund and they are not liable for your return package while it is in transit.
- The only merchandise that can be returned is that which is unwashed, unworn and unaltered
- Always circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice or receipt that is included with your return package.
- Make sure your return package is well sealed.
- Be sure to include your original invoice or receipt in your return package. This constitutes your proof of purchase and no returns will be processed without an invoice or receipt.
- Keep the Order Summary of the Return Detail Form for your records. The tracking number for your return will be needed should it need to be tracked.
- FOSSIL suggests you use a reputable and trackable carrier such as FedEx or UPS to return your package. Centsible would further suggest that you insure your package for its full value as you are responsible for your return package while it is in transit.
