How Flower.com Delivers:

Normal delivery times for flower.com are as follows: Business - 9am to 5pm, Residence, Hotel or Hospital - 9am to 6pm, High School - 9am to 2pm. During major holidays such as Valentines Day and Mother's Day, delivery hours are extended to 8:00am through 8:00pm. Flower.com CAN make deliveries on Saturday and Sunday to most major US cities. If your requested day cannot be accomodated, your order will be fulfilled on either a Saturday or a Monday. Flower.com will contact you before rescheduling any birthday or anniversary orders. Orders placed by 3:00pm in the recipient's time zone can typically be delivered on the same day, Monday through Friday. For same day delivery service on Saturday, orders must be placed by 1:00pm in the recipient's time zone. Same-day delivery for Sunday orders must be placed by 11:00am in the recipient's time zone. Orders are delivered within a 4-hour delivery window when you select the "Express Delivery" option during check-out: This is guaranteed, if your product does not arrive within the 4-hour window your Express Delivery fee will be refunded to you. Although flower.com CANNOT guarantee delivery at a specific time, they will do their best to accomodate your request.

• Funeral orders are flower.com's strongest priority. They will look up the zip code or exact address of the funeral home if you are unable to provide it. If your request cannot be accomodated they will phone you as soon as possible so you can make other arrangements. Flower.com also normally contacts the funeral home itself to verify the viewing time and make arrangements for floral delivery. If a funeral banner that you have ordered is not available, flower.com will substitute your order with more flowers for a fuller arrangement.

• Florist Delivery has a service fee beginning at $9.99. This depends upon the item being ordered, whether or not express delivery is requested and also the day of the week for delivery, etc..
• UPS or FedEx Delivery costs between $4.99 and $45.99.
• Special Delivery items can be sent at an additional charge via 3rd Business Day delivery ($6.99), 2nd Business Day delivery ($9.99), Next Business Day delivery ($12.99) or Saturday delivery if available (up to $14.99).

Same-day Delivery Service is available to most major US cities as long as your order is placed by the following deadlines in the recipient's time zone:
