dELiAs Sales Tax Policy:

• dELiAs does not charge sales tax on orders shipping to states where there is no dELiAs retail presence. According to delias.com as of February 18, 2009, these states are:Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont and Wyoming.

Where dELiAs Delivers:

dELiAs can deliver to addresses outside of the United States. International orders cannot be placed online, however. To place dELiAs orders to Canada or elsewhere outside of the US, you must phone customer service at +US (614)212-5953. International deliveries will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. Payment must be made in US funds. Free Shipping offers are valid for the U.S. only.

How dELiAs Delivers:

• Standard Shipping arrives within 10 business days and is costs between $6 and $16.50.
• 3-5 Business Day shipping is available for a charge of an additional $7.95. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged $10 for this service.
• 2nd Business Day shipping costs and additional $11.95 and is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
• Next Business Day (overnight) delivery is available to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States for an additional $16.95

* dELiAs shipments delivered to addresses outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, import charges and duties. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility upon delivery of the order.
* dELiAs free shipping offers will be charged a handling fee and are available for delivery to US addresses only.
* Shipping & handling is charged to your order only once. Any back-ordered packages arriving in separate shipments will not be charged additional shipping & handling amounts.
* dELiAs bases its shipping rates upon the total cost of your order.
* Saturday delivery is not available for dELiAs orders.
* Express delivery is not available: to P.O. boxes, for some oversized items or on out-of-stock items.
* Express orders received after 1pm EST (Mon - Thurs), on weekends or on holidays will be processed the following day.
