CompUSA Sales Tax Policy:

• CompUSA charges sales tax on all orders shipping to:Florida, Idaho, Texas, North Carolina and Illinois.

Where CompUSA Delivers:

CompUSA offers displayed on this site can only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & Territories and APO/FPO addresses.. CompUSA can also deliver internationally, however, international orders MUST be placed by phoning (+US) 800-CompUSA (+US 800-266-7872). Payment for international orders may only be made via wire transfer and the following conditions will also apply to international orders: orders are subject to additional handling charges, orders are subject to higher shipping rates, recipients of international orders will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes upon receipt of the package (CompUSA will not collect or assess these charges at any time and they will not be reflected during your checkout process).

• Many products warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States and other products MAY NOT be shipped out of the United States at all due to either manufacturer restrictions or US law.
• All wire transfer orders under $500 are charged a $25 processing fee. Orders totaling more than $500 will have this fee waived.

How CompUSA Delivers:

• All shipments require a signature at the receiving location.

UPS is the carrier used by CompUSA for most small items. UPS Blue and UPS Red are used for expedited 2-3 day business service and next-business day service at an additional cost. All orders weighing 70 lbs. or more will be delivered by truck. CompUSA assesses its shipping charges based on the destination of the order, requested shipping service and the weight of the products being ordered. CompUSA's total delivery time is based upon the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, time to process the order and transit time from the carrier. This can range between 24 hours to 10 days for items in stock at CompUSA's Naperville, IL warehouse. CompUSA additionally has a worldwide network of suppliers that can drop-ship items to you. In fact, credit card authorization can take up to 3 business days. CompUSA only charges once for shipping, even if your delivery must be made in multiple boxes or even shipments (in the event an item is out-of-stock). Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

• UPS Ground Delivery usually has your order delivered within 3 to 8 business days.
• UPS Blue Delivery generally delivers your item within 2 to 3 business days.
• UPS Red Delivery usually delivers your item on the next business day.
• Truck Delivery is required for all orders weighing 70 pounds or more. This service is threshold only: your items will be placed just inside the first floor door of the delivery address or within the central lobby of an apartment building. The normal delivery times for these deliveries are between 8:00am and 5:00pm local time. The delivery company will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery time. Transit time for these deliveries within the continental United States generally takes between 3 to 9 business days: other locations will take longer.
• Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
• APO/FPO Addresses can be ordered from the CompUSA website and will take between 7 and 30 days for delivery.
• Orders Delivering to Hawaii, Alaska and Guam can be placed online at the CompUSA website, but are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
