- Cheryl & Co. charges applicable state sales tax on all orders.
Where Cheryl & Co. Delivers:
Cheryl & Co. can ship their desserts and gift baskets throughout the 48 continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and the US Virgin Islands. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. box addresses as these are not physical locations. When delivering Cheryl & Co. items to hospitals, hotels and colleges, Cheryl & Co. will guarantee delivery to the reception area of the facility. After that point, responsibility for the delivery of your gift lies in the hands of that institution's reception staff.
- You can place your order in advance of need for future deliveries. - Cheryl & Co. advises you to use an overnight delivery service if you'd like your gift to arrive on a specific date.
How Cheryl & Co. Delivers:
Cheryl & Co. gourmet desserts are "shipped separately and specially packaged". Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.. Cheryl and Co. strongly recommends that you ship your gift to a location where you know someone will be there to receive the package. UPS may leave your gift unattended at an address, but the quality may be comprised if your items are left in extreme weather, either hot or cold. Cheryl & Co. reserves the right to substitute the item you ordered with one of equal or greater value in order to maintain timeliness (should the need arise). Cheryl & Co. does not use preservatives in its products. Due to this fact, it is recommended that you use expedited delivery services for all orders shipping: to areas west of the Mississippi River, to the Northeastern States and to the state of Florida. Even with this additional precaution however, Cheryl & Co. deliveries should not be left unattended for any period of time.
- Ground Delivery arrives within 5 business days to most locations and costs between $6.95 and 20% of the merchandise total depending on the cost of the item to be delivered and the delivery address.
- 2-day delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of when your order ships. Add a surcharge of $9.95 to the ground delivery shipping charge for this option.
- Overnight Shipping orders must be submitted by 5:00pm EST 2 business days prior to the delivery date. This option is available for an additional $19.95 charge in addition to the ground delivery charge per gift.
- APO/FPO addresses always ship for free.
- Special Offer Items may have an additional shipping & handling charge.
- Saturday Delivery gifts must be ordered by 5:00pm EST on the Thursday prior to the requested Saturday delivery in order to arrive on time. Saturday delivery is available for Cheryl & Co. gifts for a surcharge of $25.00 per gift in addition to the ground delivery charge.

If you order your Cheryl & Co. cookies from 1-800-flowers.com though, you cannot have them delivered to APO installations. When ordering directly from Cheryl & Co., all APO/FPO orders ship for free. When ordering your Cheryl & Co. gifts through 1800flowers, your ability to order ahead of time is restricted. The standard shipping ranges between $4.99 and $45.99, based upon the merchandise total of your order. Surcharges for expedited delivery with 1800flowers are as follows: 3rd business day - $6.99, 2nd business day - $9.99, next business day - $12.99 and Saturday delivery is available for up to $19.99.
