Where Chadwicks Delivers:
Chadwicks is now able to deliver orders outside of the United States..
** Chadwicks uses the trusted third party IShopUSA to process and deliver orders outside of the United States. To use IShopUSA, visit their site on the page specific to Chadwicks orders and enter the information concerning the items you'd wish to purchase, completing your purchase through their site. Within the United States and US institutions, Chadwicks is also able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes and also to U.S. Overseas Protectorates / Territories.
How Chadwicks Delivers:
Chadwicks applies a $2 handling charge to every order. Orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be delivered by the USPS. For orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, Chadwicks prefers to send your order with UPS. Orders sent via UPS are trackable online, whereas this is not always the case for orders sent via USPS. Chadwicks bases its delivery charge on both the destination of your order AND the total order amount.
- Standard Delivery orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days to addresses in the continental United States. Standard delivery orders shipping to certain remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, APO and/or FPO addresses and those shipping to US territories will arrive within 20 business days. Pricing for standard delivery is based upon your order total and varies from $4.99 to $19.99. Your shipping charges increase by $2 for every $20 spent (starting with a minimum of $4.99) up through a maximum of $19.99 for orders totalling $149.99 or more.
- Express Delivery orders placed by 2:00pm EST and shipping to the 48 continental United States will arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Orders shipping to certain remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses and overseas US possessions will arrive within 10 business days. Add a charge of $7.99 to the standard delivery charges for using Express Delivery services.
- Super Fast Delivery orders placed by 3:00pm EST and shipping to the 48 contiguous United States will arrive within 2 business days. Super Fast Delivery orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, certain remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii and overseas US possessions will arrive within 7 business days. Add a charge of $16.99 to the standard delivery charges for using Express Delivery services.
- Chadwicks Gift Cards are sent via USPS first class mail and arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Electronic Chadwicks Gift Cards area sent via email within 2 to 3 business days after the purchase date (this allows for processing time).
- Multiple Address Delivery is offered from Chadwicks: Each address being delivered to will have a separate shipping and handling fee assessed.
* Allow between 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive if its destination is outside of the continental United States. (APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and overseas US possessions)
* Gift Boxing is a service offered by Chadwicks at a cost of $4 per item. Each item will be shipped to your recipient in a pretty red box with a gift card and personalizable message. (Alternately, for $3 you can purchase a "5-piece gift box kit " for you to package your own gifts and send them on yourself.)
* When purchased by 3:00pm EST, Sunday through Thursday, Chadwicks electronics gift cards will arrive within 24 hours.
* When purchased by 3:00pm EST on a Friday, Chadwicks electronics gift cards will arrive within 72 hours.
* When purchased by 3:00pm EST on a Saturday, Chadwicks electronics gift cards will arrive within 48 hours.

The Chadwicks Return Policy
Chadwicks asks that you allow between 3 to 4 weeks after shipping your items for the return to be processed.
Your refund will be issued in the form of a credit to your original purchase account (usually a credit card) minus all shipping & handling charges. Your shipping and handling charges include the $2 per order handling fee, the original shipping charge and either the $6.50 or $7.95 UPS return charge.
Chadwicks will return your purchase within 60 days of purchase. (After 60 days from the original purchase date have passed, you may only submit your unwashed, unworn and unaltered item for exchange). Chadwicks offers two options through "UPS Authorized Return Service" for returning items to them (these options are only available for returns from the 48 continental United States):
- UPS Drop Off - For a charge of $6.50, affix the enclosed UPS return label to the front of your return package (remembering to retain the stub for your records) and drop it off in a UPS drop box, at a UPS store or by giving it to a UPS driver.
- UPS Pick Up - Phone UPS at 1.800.742.5877 and provide the representative with the location where you would like to have your package picked up from and the UPS Ground Tracking Number on the customer return label to have UPS collect your return from you for a charge of $7.95.
- Process your Chadwicks return through a carrier other than UPS: - Use the "Return on your own" label provided with the package's invoice and use any shipping company you prefer. This option requires that you pay for your own postage. We would also recommend that you insure your return if sending it via this method.
- The only merchandise that can be returned is that which is unwashed, unworn and unaltered
- Be sure to include your invoice in your return package.
- Keep the return label stub for your records. The tracking number for your return will be needed should it need to be tracked.
