Purchases made online at Buy.com must be returned within 14 calendar days of your item leaving the warehouse. All shipping costs, aside from those associated with defective merchandise, remain your responsibility. This includes the shipping cost to return the item as well as the original shipping expense to send the item to you. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your item can only be issued once: once it expires or is nullified because of the item being returned in violation of Buy.com's return policy, your item can no longer be returned. Do not write the RMA number on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write your RMA number on either the label used to return the item or the exterior brown shipping box. Your return will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Allow up to 14 days for your merchandise to arrive at the Returns warehouse. Allow an additional 5 to 7 days for your return to be processed. If your payment was via credit card, expect to see a credit posted to your card, less restocking fees and shipping charges. If you purchased your item with a gift card, you will be reissued a gift card for the amount of the amount, less associated shipping costs and restocking fees (unless the value of the gift card will be less than $5 or prohibited by law).
