Boca Java can send you their gourmet, roasted-to-order coffees at various frequencies varying between every four to eight weeks (depending on the specific offer). You can either phone Boca Java or go online to change your coffee selections, frequency of coffee delivery or the timing of your coffee deliveries. There are no purchase requirements to be fulfilled nor is there any obligation to remain a member of the coffee club after receiving any introductory offers or gifts.

• Due to the roasted-to-order nature of Boca Java's coffee, refunds are not given on returned coffee - only store credits.
• You can only receive a new coffee club promotion once every 6 months.
• Current Coffee Club members are not eligible for new promotions.

Boca Java Sales Tax Policy:

• Boca Java charges sales tax only on orders being delivered to: Florida, New York and California.

Where Boca Java Delivers:

Boca Java DOES NOT ship orders outside of the United States. They do, however, ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.

How Boca Java Delivers:

Boca Java bases its shipping charges on the total weight of your order, speed of delivery requested and the destination of your package.

• Standard Delivery is shipped via the USPS and has your item delivered between 1 and 7 business days later. Items delivering to Florida arrive in only 1 business day generally. Orders delivering to Southeastern United States usually arrive within 2 business days. New England states, mid-western states and parts of Texas have their orders delivered in 3 to 4 days. Delivery to the plains states and northern mid-western states takes about 5 business days. Shipments to the Rocky Mountain states and West Coast can take up to 6 business days to ship. Certain remote locations in the West Coast and Rocky Mountain states may take up to 7 business days to deliver. Alaskan orders shipping via standard delivery arrive within 4 business days. Hawaiian standard shipping deliveries arrive within 6 business days. Puerto Rican orders arrive within 3 business days using standard shipping. Shipping charges for standard delivery are based upon the weight of your order and destination.
• Second Day Shipping is shipped via UPS and is offered to addresses within the continental United States for an additional charge.
• Next Day Delivery is offered by UPS for an additional charge. This delivery option is not available for deliveries to Post Office Boxes or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
• Deliveries to Post Office Boxes ship via the USPS and do not have expedited delivery services available.
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses and US Overseas Territories are charged an additional $4 on top of standard delivery charges or an additional $8 for packages weighing over 10 pounds.

Shipments to Multiple Addresses?

Boca Java DOES allow for you to ship parts of your order to separate addresses. You will be given the option during checkout to specify a different address for every item in your shopping cart if you need to.

* Boca Java charges an additional charge of $4 for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Post Office Box Addresses, APO/FPO addresses and US Overseas Territories.
* Packages weighing over 10 pounds and shipping to locations outside of the United States have an additional $8 charged to them rather than the $4 charge mentioned above.
* For APO/FPO addresses, enter "APO" for city and "AE" for state.
* Deliveries to Florida addresses usually arrive within 1 business day even when using standard shipping!
