bebe.com honors each individual state's laws regarding sales and use tax. bebe.com is only required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey and Rhode Island. bebe.com is not required to charge sales tax for orders shipping to the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

bebe.com delivers to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US protectorates and Canada. (no expedited delivery services are available to Canada). Outside of these areas, bebe.com has partnered with a trusted third party company, International Checkout. - Standard Delivery has your order arriving within 5 days of it being shipped (allow 1 business day for processing). The cost of this delivery option is between $5.95 and $9.95
- Express Delivery has your order delivered within 2 business days from the day it is shipped (allow 1 business day for processing). The cost of this delivery option is between $10.95 and $14.95. - Overnight Delivery has your order arriving the next business day if you place your order before 12:30pm PST. Allow an extra business day for processing if your order is placed after 12:30pm PST. This delivery option costs between $15.95 and $19.95. This option is not available for either gift cards or orders shipping to Post Office Box, Canadian or Overseas Addresses (aside from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
- bebe.com Gift Cards ship for free and are sent via USPS first class mail to arrive within 6 to 10 business days. They are packaged within a signature bebe gift box. Express and Overnight shipping is not available for gift cards purchased alone: gift cards are not available for delivery to Canada either.
- Post Office Box Addresses and are sent via USPS first class mail to arrive within 6 to 10 business days.
- US Protectorate Addresses only have access to standard delivery with the exception of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rican orders can also be sent via overnight, express and standard delivery.
- APO/FPO Orders and are sent via either US priority or first-class mail and are expected to arrive within 5 to 7 days after being shipped, although some locations may take up to 21 days for delivery.
- Canadian Orders are shipped by DHL global and then Canada Post and include all applicable taxes, duties and levies: no additional charges will be due upon the receipt of your package. All Canadian orders will ship via standard shipping as no expedited delivery services are available for Canadian orders at this time. Delivery to Canadian addresses costs between $20 to $75. Orders generally take 1 business day to process and arrive within 4 to 12 business days. Due to variances in customs processing though, your order may take up to 20 days to arrive. Generally, shipping times follow this schedule: Ontario & Quebec - 2 to 4 business days, Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Northern Ontario - 4 to 8 business days, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Northwest Territories & Yukon Territories - 5 to 12 business days.
