Where Aeropostale Delivers:
Aeropostale cannot deliver outside of the United States and Canada, with the exception of APO / FPO addresses and US Protectorates.
How Aeropostale Delivers:
Standard Shipping delivers in 3-5 business days, costs either $7, $25 or $50 based on the merchandise total of your order and is unavailable for gift card orders and orders shipping to Canada.
2-3 Day Shipping delivers within 2-3 business days with prices of $13, $37.50 or $75 based on the merchandise total of your order. This method of shipping costs $12 for orders shipping to Canada.
Overnight Shipping delivers in 1-2 business days and costs either $19 or $45, depending on the merchandise total of your order. This option is not available for orders totaling more than $500 or to orders shipping to Canada.
Gift Cards ship free with ground shipping (in the US). Online gift cards can only be sent to recipients with a valid US or Canadian address as Aeropostale cannot ship outside of these 2 countries and the online gift cards can only be redeemed online.
* All orders specifying expedited shipping require a street address (no post office boxes).
* Aeropostale gift cards cannot be shipped to APO / FPO military addresses or post office boxes. They are shipped to Canada via ground service for $10 or 3rd day shipping for $20.

The Aeropostale Online Return Policy
You can return your unwanted Aeropostale merchandise either by mail using the Packing Slip enclosed in your order or by taking it in person to an Aeropostale retail location. Your item to be returned must be in good condition and with all accessories (including any "free gifts") in order to receive full credit. Note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable when you return an Aeropostale item. Your refund will come in the form of a credit to your form of payment (credit card) and will appear on your statement within 30 days.
If taking your return to an Aeropostale retail location, don't forget to bring your packing slip and the credit card you placed the order with online. You should only return the bottom half of the packing slip, retaining the upper half for your records should something go wrong with your refund. If returning your Aeropostale item by mail, pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging if possible, along with the lower half of your packing slip. Again, retain the upper half of the packing slip for your records. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post when sending your items in order to ensure they arrive back with Aeropostale safely. Be sure to keep the return tracking number of your package in order to further insure your return arrives back at Aeropostale's warehouse with no problems.
