eBay's online auctions can be a great place to shop for Aeropostale items online, particularly if you're looking for out-of-season or vintage items. You can return your unwanted Aeropostale merchandise either by mail using the Packing Slip enclosed in your order or by taking it in person to an Aeropostale retail location. Your item to be returned must be in good condition and with all accessories (including any "free gifts") in order to receive full credit. Note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable when you return an Aeropostale item. Your refund will come in the form of a credit to your form of payment (credit card) and will appear on your statement within 30 days.
If taking your return to an Aeropostale retail location, don't forget to bring your packing slip and the credit card you placed the order with online. You should only return the bottom half of the packing slip, retaining the upper half for your records should something go wrong with your refund. If returning your Aeropostale item by mail, pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging if possible, along with the lower half of your packing slip. Again, retain the upper half of the packing slip for your records. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post when sending your items in order to ensure they arrive back with Aeropostale safely. Be sure to keep the return tracking number of your package in order to further insure your return arrives back at Aeropostale's warehouse with no problems.
