A&E Networks Sales Tax Policy:

• A&E Networks charges sales tax on orders being delivered to: California, Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York and Vermont.

Where A&E Delivers:

A&E only delivers to addresses in the US and Canada. The US Postal Service is the preferred carrier for A&E, but they will use other companies if offered better availability. When shipping to APO or FPO addresses: enter either APO or FPO in the "city" box. Choose the appropriate option from the "State or Province" box: Armed Forces Canada - AE, Armed Forces Europe - AE, Armed Forces Middle East - AE, Armed Forces Americas - AA or Armed Forces Pacific - AP. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, choose "United States" in the Country Box, and finally enter the appropriate zip code.

How A&E Delivers:

• The US Postal Service delivers most orders shipped by AETV. Once an item is available for shipping allow 24 hours for it to begin the delivery process. After that, it will arrive at its final destination within 7 to 10 business days.
• Super Saver Delivery arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the shipment date. This option costs between $2.95 and $8.95 for orders $200 and under. Orders totalling more than $200 with Super Saver Delivery always ship for free.
• Standard Delivery arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the shipment date. This option costs between $5.95 and $13.95.
• Rush Delivery orders will arrive within 4 business days of being shipped for in-stock items when placed before 12pm noon ET. Allow an extra day for orders placed after the cutoff time. This option costs between $15.95 and $22.95 depending on the total merchandise amount of your order.
• Express Delivery orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped for in-stock items when placed before 12pm noon ET. Allow an extra day for orders placed after the cutoff time. This option costs between $21.95 and $28.95 depending on the total merchandise amount of your order.
• Canadian Addresses - Standard Delivery costs between $10.95 and $18.95 depending on the total cost of your merchandise and can take between 2 to 8 weeks for arrival due to Customs Inspections
• Canadian Addresses - Rush Delivery costs between $20.95 and $27.95 depending on the total cost of your merchandise and are guaranteed to the US / Canadian border only.
• Gift Certificates: Both printed and e-mail gift certificates ship for free. Printed certificates arrive in an elegant envelope within 7 to 10 business days. Email gift certificates are sent electronically within one day.

* AETV can guarantee Rush and Express delivery for Canadian orders to the border only.
* Rush and Express delivery is not available to PO Boxes currently.
* Your credit card will not be billed until your order ships.
* Partial shipments are provided by AETV at no additional cost as items in your order become available.
