A.T. Cross Sales Tax Policy
A.T. Cross charges sales tax on orders shipping TO: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA and WI.
Where A.T. Cross Delivers:
Currently, cross.com can only ship items to the United States. A.T. Cross cannot ship items to either Post Office Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Several different International Cross websites exist where you can place orders for countries outside of the United States. Countries and regions having their own Cross website include: Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Spain, Taiwan and the United Kingom.
How Cross Delivers:
A.T. Cross processes all in-stock, non-engraved and non-gift wrapped orders placed BEFORE 2:00pm EST within 3 business days. Personalized and gift-wrapped, in-stock orders take up to 5 business days to process.
- Standard Shipping for pens, watches and accessories costs $8.95. Refill only orders have a $1.00 fee if being sent via standard delivery. Non-engraved, in-stock items that do not require gift-wrapping ship within 3 business day via this method when your order is received prior to 2pm EST. Engraved and gift-wrapped orders sent via standard delivery will ship within 5 business day when the order is received prior to 2pm EST. After the processing time, you should allow an additional 5 business days for standard shipping and 7 business days for USPS shipping.
- Second Day Shipping has a flat rate of $15.95.
- Next Day Shipping has a flat rate of $25.
- Electronic Gift Certificates ship for free via email within 4 hours of you placing your order.
* Expedited FedEx Saturday Delivery is not available.
* Allow up to 5 additional business days for Standard FedEx Delivery and up to 7 additional business days for USPS Delivery.
* Only one Electronic Gift Certificate can be ordered per visit to cross.com.

You can always shop eBay's online auctions for A.T. Cross products. Be aware that when you do purchase goods online from eBay, your agreement is through you and your individual eBay seller exclusively: Any official A.T. Cross policies do not apply to Cross products purchased through eBay.
If you are shopping online at A.T. Cross for fine gifts, accessories or pens with a gift certificate, there are a couple of things you need to know to redeem your gift certificate.
- You can only use one Cross Gift Certificate per online transaction.
- You cannot use your Cross Gift Certificate towards an order that contains a gift certificate.
- Cross Electronic Gift Certificates are not returnable nor are they refundable for cash.
